  19. Back Soon! Version 2.01 is the "intelligent screen saver" for DOS
  20. systems.  Designed for the busy home or office user, Back Soon! acts as
  21. your personal message taker while you are away.  With Back Soon!'s menu-
  22. driven interface, you can configure the program to display an endless
  23. variety of custom messages, telling any visitors information such as
  24. where you've gone and when you'll be back.  The program will display this
  25. message in a scrolling box on your screen, optionally alternating it with
  26. lively animation, stunning 256-color clip art, music, or virtually any
  27. other attention-getting program you can think of!

  29. When you do have visitors, the program instructs them how they can enter
  30. messages for you directly on your PC.  No more yellow sticky notes
  31. plastered all over your monitor!  Each message is automatically stamped
  32. with the time and date, and can be retrieved, printed, or saved to an
  33. ASCII file upon your return.

  35. The most significant addition to Version 2 is the open-architecture
  36. multimedia display system.  With this clever feature Back Soon! has
  37. attention-getting capabilities not found in any other program of its
  38. type.  Virtually any graphics display program can be integrated into Back
  39. Soon!'s display through the creation of a simple DOS batch file.
  40. Numerous examples are included featuring sample animation clips and
  41. SuperVGA clip art (animation runtime module and .GIF/.PCX viewer programs

  45. have Back Soon! automatically perform unattended tasks like Email
  46. transfers or tape backups in your absence, then return to its message-
  47. taking role.

  50. dictionaries" available from Tay-Jee Software.  Spanish and German
  51. dictionaries are currently available.
